2011 National Book Festival {Washington D.C. Event Photographer}

This past Saturday, I had the pleasure of photographing The National Book Festival for the Junior League of D.C. I love this festival, which celebrates literacy and features book signings and presentations by authors such as Toni Morrison and Julianne Moore. I have attended the book festival in past years, but did not realize the extensive involvement of The Junior League. The literacy committee did an outstanding job helping to run this wonderful event.
